We practice Hanmi Esoteric Buddhism: the complete teachings of the Mahavairocana Buddha passed down by Vajrasattva and Nagarjuna Bodhisattvas to Subhakarasimha, Vajrabodhi, and Amoghavajra.
On August 15, 2008, the 105 year old Grand Master Fozhi, the Abbot of Yingtian Monastery in Chengdu, Sichuan province, passed on the Dharma Lineage Holder-ship of the Linji School of Chan/Zen Buddhism. Dechan Jueren is now the 47th Dharma Lineage Holder of Linji Chan/Zen Buddhism and the 16th Lineage Holder of the renowned Zhaojuie Monastery.
Lineage
The spiritual teachings and practices of ancient India were developed by the Brahmans, and were then evolved and transmitted by the great saint Shakyamuni Buddha over 2400 years ago.
Disciples of the Nepalese guru Nagarjuna Bodhisattva brought the Buddhist teachings from Nalanda monastery in India to Xi’an city in China around 1300 years ago, and combined them with Taoism and Confucianism.
The awakened masters have preserved this knowledge through an unbroken lineage in the Hanmi Chinese Esoteric School of Buddhism. The current lineage bearer is Living Buddha Dechan Jueren.

Living Buddha Dechan Jueren, otherwise known as Master Yu Tianjian, a famous doctor of Chinese medicine, is the Chief of Mizhong Research Center of China, and the lineage bearer and Dharma King of Han-Nation Buddhist Mizhong of China(Hanmi Mystery School of Esoteric Buddhism).
